For nearly ten years, Ashley Fleschner has been building his dream. A construction company that operates honestly, transparently and efficiently while working closely with clients to realize their own dreams.Since our founding, we’ve grown exponentially, both in the number of our employees and the scope of our services. Fleschner Construction has operated in the Portland construction industry serving a range of commercial and residential clients. We deliver the promise of excellent project management, skilled carpentry, open communication and a knowledgeable staff, to combine the comfort of a local handyman with the experience and capabilities of a major construction operation.

Our mission is to provide open communication, efficient project management, skilled carpentry, and a friendly approach to contracting.  These values define who we are and who we want to be in the future.  Our subcontracting network is made up of companies and individuals we’ve built successful relationships with knowing that whether we are replacing a window, remodeling your home, or building a commercial greenhouse, our goal is to work with the client every step of the way.
