Fleschner Construction was founded in 2008 by Ashley Fleschner with a vision of creating a better remodeling experience – one built on trust, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Today, that vision is shared with his wife and business partner, Andrea, who brings over 25 years of interior design experience to the team. Together, they’ve shaped Fleschner Construction into a family-owned firm known for its thoughtful, client-centered approach – what Ashley calls “Concierge Construction.”
Ashley’s background spans from Silicon Valley startups to hands-on construction in Portland, blending business insight with craftsmanship. Andrea’s design journey began in childhood and grew into a successful career designing hotels, public spaces, and custom interiors. Her eye for detail and approachable style help clients create functional, inspired spaces that reflect their individuality.
Outside of work, Ashley and Andrea find inspiration in the outdoors and in their community. They love walking their dog Thora, entertaining friends, and exploring the mountains, forests, and rivers of the Pacific Northwest – often dreaming up their next creative project along the way.
